| OK I Suggest that if were not part of the staff team we shouldnt post in any ones application. As regular members we have no sayso in who gets denied or accepted. If you want to wish them luck or bash them you can do it in a private message. Staff Members Should be the only ones who post in peoples applications.  | |

| I agree/disagree, Here is a idea, Before hiring anyone we make a poll in The section they posted it. If u want the person to be staff and if u don't . Ultimately advent will make the decision but other then that it can show how players feel about that person. | |

That's were you're wrong. Some people bribe others to go support their apps, therefore giving them a chance of getting it.. It's the staffs decision on what to do or not; Nobody else's. | |

Lets say they were going to hire me. The staff already voted on hiring me and its a yes. BUT just in case they make a poll to the whole community. If i was applying for GM and people said no gm and majority said no gm, and everyone gave bad feedback on how mean i am in game, wouldn't that help your decision, or even change it? We'll if we made a poll we would have to make it ONLY on negative votes about the person like
Example:
Poll:(People who voted: 150)
1. He is okay 13%
2. No no i don't like him 27%
3. Ego whore always taunts player no way he would be nice 20%
4. Just power hungry don't make gm.50%
If 75 people said that i was power hungry wouldn't that tell you that I'm a bad person and they would maybe Pend my request, and monitor me in game. to see if I'm good or power hungry.

Faith is correct , you can bribe someone you can be like, When I'm staff i'll give u a billions of donation items and stuff like that and people would actually fall for that "bs", and go and give good feedback. Thats y u make a poll, ultimately the decision is staff but as i said with the poll if everyone voted on number "4" it would tell the staff something. | |
